mirrormeet ("the Service") is operated by Tomorrow Technology Design LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The Service joins a video meeting you create, at your direction, in order to record and analyze how you appear and sound to other participants -- including video quality, lighting, framing, background, audio clarity, and network performance.
When you use the Service, mirrormeet joins your meeting as a participant ("the mirrormeet helper") and records audio and video for the duration the helper is present in the call. Recording stops as soon as the mirrormeet helper leaves the call, or the call ends, whichever happens first. By starting a session, you confirm that you have the right to record the meeting and, where required by law or platform policy, that you have obtained any necessary consent from other participants in that meeting. You are solely responsible for complying with recording-consent laws applicable to you and anyone else in the call.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Each session captures a snapshot of a number of technical parameters (including but not limited to lighting, framing, background composition, audio signal quality, and network throughput) at a single point in time. These parameters can vary meaningfully from call to call, and from moment to moment within the same call, depending on factors outside mirrormeet's control. A result from one session is not a guarantee of the same result in any future or concurrent call.
mirrormeet does not control, and is not responsible for, the underlying audio/video quality, network conditions, or feature behavior of any meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any other platform). Many of the parameters mirrormeet measures -- including transmitted video bitrate, frame rate, and audio processing -- are determined by the meeting platform itself, in real time, using logic and infrastructure entirely outside mirrormeet's visibility or control. mirrormeet reports what it measures; it does not set, guarantee, or warrant any of these values.
mirrormeet is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any event, action, statement, or outcome occurring during a mirrormeet session, or during any other meeting or call, whether or not related to mirrormeet's use. This includes, without limitation, technical failures, meeting disruptions, third-party conduct, or any consequence of information shared, recorded, or discussed during a session.
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom are registered trademarks of their respective owners. References to these platforms on mirrormeet are for identification and compatibility purposes only. mirrormeet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, or Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
Recordings are stored on secure Cloudflare infrastructure and are kept for informational purposes only, to allow you to review your own results, for 90 days from the date of the session, after which they are automatically deleted. Recordings are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, or as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULT OR MEASUREMENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOMORROW TECHNOLOGY DESIGN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. Credits and subscription access are non-transferable except through mirrormeet's own gifting feature. Credit purchases are non-refundable once used. Unused credit purchases may be refunded within 5 days of purchase by contacting support. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to record any meeting or individual without the necessary consent, to violate any applicable law, or to attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
