mirrormeet ("the Service") is operated by Tomorrow Technology Design LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The Service joins a video meeting you create, at your direction, in order to record and analyze how you appear and sound to other participants -- including video quality, lighting, framing, background, audio clarity, and network performance.
When you use the Service, mirrormeet joins your meeting as a participant ("the mirrormeet helper") and records audio and video for the duration the helper is present in the call. Recording stops as soon as the mirrormeet helper leaves the call, or the call ends, whichever happens first. By starting a session, you confirm that you have the right to record the meeting and, where required by law or platform policy, that you have obtained any necessary consent from other participants in that meeting. You are solely responsible for complying with recording-consent laws applicable to you and anyone else in the call.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Each session captures a snapshot of a number of technical parameters (including but not limited to lighting, framing, background composition, audio signal quality, and network throughput) at a single point in time. These parameters can vary meaningfully from call to call, and from moment to moment within the same call, depending on factors outside mirrormeet's control. A result from one session is not a guarantee of the same result in any future or concurrent call.
Scores, comments, and recommendations shown in your results are generated by automated, AI-based analysis. They are opinions produced by software, not by a licensed audio engineer, technician, or other professional, and are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output for a particular purpose, and you should use your own judgment before relying on it for an important call.
mirrormeet does not control, and is not responsible for, the underlying audio/video quality, network conditions, or feature behavior of any meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or any other platform). Many of the parameters mirrormeet measures -- including transmitted video bitrate, frame rate, and audio processing -- are determined by the meeting platform itself, in real time, using logic and infrastructure entirely outside mirrormeet's visibility or control. mirrormeet reports what it measures; it does not set, guarantee, or warrant any of these values.
mirrormeet is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any event, action, statement, or outcome occurring during a mirrormeet session, or during any other meeting or call, whether or not related to mirrormeet's use. This includes, without limitation, technical failures, meeting disruptions, third-party conduct, or any consequence of information shared, recorded, or discussed during a session.

References to these platforms on mirrormeet are for identification and compatibility purposes only. mirrormeet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, Zoom Video Communications, Inc., or Cisco Systems, Inc.
mirrormeet does not send a continuous video stream to its AI analysis systems. Instead, video is sampled as periodic still-frame snapshots for visual analysis (lighting, framing, background); audio is extracted and processed through a separate, dedicated audio-analysis pipeline from video, so the two are evaluated independently. Session recordings and analysis data are stored on security-hardened object storage with encryption at rest and in transit, per-account access isolation, and access logging. Session recordings (video and audio files) are retained for six (6) months from the date of the session for your own review, after which they are deleted. The resulting analysis scores and session metadata remain available in your account for as long as the account is active. Longer-term storage plans and data-transition (export and hand-off) options are available on request; contact us before your retention period ends. We do not sell your recordings or analysis data, and do not share them with third parties except as described in Section 9 or as required by law.
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate parts of the Service -- for example, to connect to your meeting platform as a participant, to process payments, and to deliver account-related email. Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function and is subject to its own privacy and security practices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULT OR MEASUREMENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOMORROW TECHNOLOGY DESIGN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. Credits and subscription access are non-transferable except through mirrormeet's own gifting feature. Credit purchases are non-refundable once used. Unused credit purchases may be refunded within 5 days of purchase by contacting support. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to record any meeting or individual without the necessary consent, to violate any applicable law, or to attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us through our support page and we will delete it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
